Cancellation Policy

  1. If you have to cancel an order, you need do it within 24 hours from the date of the order. Send email to care@naaristyle.com for cancellation of the order, with order number mentioned in email.
  2. If you cancel the order within cancellation timeframe, we will refund you the entire amount. no questions asked. The refund is processed within 24 hours from the placing request

Return Policy

  1. If you think, you have received the package in an open condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at care@naaristyle.commentioning your Order ID. We ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional shipping charges.
  2. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
  3. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 3 days, you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, refund would not be made, you will need to keep the product with you.
  4. Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date/time it's delivered to our place. 150will be deducted per saree as restocking charges.
  5. Delivery/return-shipping charges are non refundable.

    Ans. We Will Give You A Coupon Code Of Same Amount As Your Product On Your Registered Mail Id You Can Use It To Purchase Any Product From Our Website When Your Want. Coupon Code Has No Expire Limit You Can Use It When Ever You Want.
    Q. What Is Exchange
    Ans. We Can Exchange Product With Same Amount Or Deference Amount Product (Deference Amount Will Pay By Customer If Customer Choose Less Amount Product We Can Settle Remaining Amount From Our Side As Well)
    Unboxing Video Guidelines 
  1. Unboxing videois compulsory when you purchase from our website and without it, we will not entertain any queries regarding this. When you are purchasing something, you are not only interacting with us but with a third-party courier service also which has their own set of guidelines and process for any issues. So, no any request will be accept without proper unboxing video as per our guidelines.

Guidelines:
-Put the camera on a stable place in a well-lit place so everything is clear.
-Show the shipping label on the camera, which is present on the package.
Shipping label contains the tracking number, your address and product details. It is important to show the shipping label clearly so it can be proven that the shipment you are unboxing is the correct shipment.
-Show all sides of the package to show that the package has not been opened before and you are opening it for the first time.
-Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged.
-In case everything is ok, and product is correct & in perfect condition, you are good to go.
-All the steps above should be recorded without any cuts, and everything should be in frame all the times, do not take the product or shipment out of frame for even a slight moment.
Note: don't forget to take unpacking video before open.
Note: If you received total different item in package, contact us within 8 hours of delivery.

  1. Any product which is used by you
  2. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
  3. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging or blouse stitching.
  4. If the product is customised for you.
  5. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  6. If the product is made to order.
  7. Already exchanged products are not returnable for second time.
  8. Pure silk products are not returnable/exchangeable.
  9. Lehengas and Anarkalis are not exchangebale or returnable in any case.
  10. Products sold in "Clearance Sale" or "using code CLEAR" are not returnable.
  11. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping are not returnable.
  12. No returns are available in 'Buy 2 get 1 free' sale.

Exchange Policy

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product.
    Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note NaariStylewill arrange for the pick up from your door step. If your area or address is un-serviceable for pickup, you will have to ship the product at your own cost using India Post or your preferred courier partner.
  2. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging or blouse stitching done to it.
  3. Exchange will not be accepted if the product was customisedfor you.
  4. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be in your bank account.
  5. Exchange of the already exchanged product is not possible for the second time.
  6. Pure silk products are not exchangeable.
  7. Lehengas are not exchangebale or returnable in any case. Only sarees and dresses/suits can be exchanged with other saree or dresses/suits.
  8. Products sold in "Clearance Sale" or "Using code CLEAR" are not exchangeble.
  9. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping are not exchangeable.

FOR OUTSIDE INDIA ORDERS

 Cancellation Policy

 Return Policy

  1. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on care@naaristyle.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customers.
  2. Once we receive the product a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you send it back to us.
  1. The amount refunded to you would be only for the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If there is any reverse import duty to be paid at India’s ports that will be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Refund will be processed in 2-3 days after receiving the product.
  3. Products sold in Clearance sale and end of season sale are not returnable.
  4. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping services are not exchangeable.

We don't support exchange policy for international orders.
